Our safety catches are BUILT TOUGH, made with 10 & 11-gauge steel and welded to a 3-sided face plate, offering the security and grip you need when using the CAP Barbell FM-905Q Series & FM-CS7000F rack. The peg diameter is 3/8” or 9.5mm, fitting on a 2x2-inch tubular frame.

These catches are HEAVY-DUTY, with a maximum static weight capacity of 500 pounds and 10 & 11-gauge steel construction, ensuring they safely support heavy loads. The durable powder coat finish helps prevent rust and corrosion. Please note that the catches are sold separately and not included with the rack.

They are also ADJUSTABLE, allowing you to easily adjust the safety catches to your preferred height for squats or bench presses. Simply twist & pull the spotter arm and insert it into the desired height. Additionally, they are reinforced with rubber padding to reduce weight room noise and protect the finish of your bar.

When it comes to dependability, the 16-inch length of these spotter arms provides the support needed when lifting heavy weights. Welded end caps prevent the bar from rolling or slipping off the safety arms.
